So stoked about my brand new blog. It’s a little crazy nuts to try to work my way around wordpress and figure it all out. So keep that in mind if you check in one day and there are floating baskets or random exotic birds abundantly swooning about. Wordpress is far different from my old faithful Typepad. I loved Typepad and really hesitated moving. I’ve been there since ‘05 when i first began blogging and it’s been a great little home. Wordpress stole my heart though and there are just far more options available and coolio things to play with…..um, as if i even know what they are or how to use them…i won’t lie. i haven’t a clue. It’s kinda like being in a foreign country. i do not speak CSS, plug-ins and widgets are lost on me…but whatever. i’m just happy to have something simple right now that once again streamlines my website to my blog where they can cohabitate together in perfect harmony.

so WELCOME!

And there is no possible way I’m ending this post without giving props to the FANTASTICO Theresa Stanton for installing and customizing for me thus far. For you photographers out there wanting to switch to a wordpress blog I highly recommend her. She has been beyond patient with my ridiculous lack of knowledge and there is NO way I could’ve figured this out without her. Don’t worry if this post gets buried in the rubble because I’m linking her permanently in the blogroll. Thank you Theresa!
